NC Nephrology Positions Near Pinehurst Resort, Metros, Coast

Join hospital-owned nephrology practice across the street from Scotland Memorial Hospital in Laurinburg, NC.  Current FT physician has transitioned to academic medicine and the practice is currently being covered by experienced locum tenens physicians to maintain and grow our patient base.  Hospital call coverage is currently one week per month, with clinic days and outpatient dialysis coverage weekly. Epic EMR in office and at Hospital where there is an inpatient dialysis unit. Scotland Health is a financially strong non-profit system with excellent facilities that include a new $68 million state-of-the-art surgical department and relationships with Atrium Health (regional affiliate), Duke Health for cancer care, and FirstHealth for cardiology and vascular surgery.  We have virtual critical care from Atrium as well as critical care coverage.  

Our hospital is located only 30 minutes from the Southern Pines/Pinehurst area, 45 minutes from Fayetteville, and under 2 hours from Raleigh, Charlotte, Greensboro, Wilmington, and Myrtle Beach.
