As part of our expansion into digital assets, we are seeking a Digital Assets Treasury Operations Analyst to support the operational management, reporting, and control of cryptocurrency and digital asset holdings. This role is designed for professionals with hands‑on experience operating crypto assets in real environments. It is not a trading role and not a software or blockchain development position. Key Responsibilities Support day‑to‑day treasury operations for cryptocurrency and digital asset holdings Execute and monitor transfers across wallets, exchanges, custodians, and OTC settlement workflows Maintain accurate records of balances, transactions, and asset movements Perform regular reconciliation across wallets, exchanges, and internal tracking systems Prepare structured reports on balances, flows, and operational activity Identify operational risks, discrepancies, or process gaps and elevate as needed Assist in maintaining treasury processes, controls, and operational checklists Collaborate with advisory and finance teams where digital asset holdings intersect with broader client or internal engagements Requirements Hands‑on experience managing or operating cryptocurrency or digital asset holdings Strong understanding of wallets, exchanges, custody solutions, and transfer workflows Experience with reconciliation, reporting, or finance/treasury operations High attention to detail and comfort working with real balances and transactions Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Legal authorization to work in the United States What We Offer Competitive annual salary: USD 140,000–190,000 Performance‑based bonus Fully remote work within the United States with flexible working hours Opportunity to work closely with real digital asset operations in an institutional context Exposure to high‑value crypto holdings and disciplined operational processes Professional, low‑noise environment focused on execution and accountability Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Finance and Sales Industries Investment Banking Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Liceo Capital Advisors by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
