JSG is seeking a Technical Associate with a Chemistry background for a client in Wilmington DE.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in chemistry, materials science, physics, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent on-the-job training
• Strong skills in sample preparation and adhering to safety protocols
• Experience with laboratory equipment such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray tomography (XRT), electron microscopy, and NMR
• Demonstrated commitment to laboratory safety and responsible waste disposal
• Ability to effectively collaborate within a team under tight deadlines and competing priorities

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience with ultramicrotomy and cryogenic material handling
• Familiarity with routine instrument maintenance and troubleshooting
• Exposure to analytical support for R&D, TS&D, or manufacturing environments
