As we continue to grow, we are looking to add driven and entrepreneurial recruiters to our team. The Role We are seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our NYC office. This individual will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruiting process, partnering closely with both clients and candidates across the accounting and finance landscape within financial services. This is a highly visible, revenue-generating role with strong earning potential and clear career progression. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates Build and maintain relationships with top-tier accounting and finance professionals across asset management and financial services Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions Develop and execute targeted search strategies for mid-to-senior level roles Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates Negotiate offers and manage the closing process Track market trends and provide insights to clients and internal teams What We Offer Uncapped commission structure High earning potential with a clear path to six-figure+ income Exposure to top-tier clients across private equity, hedge funds, and asset management Collaborative, entrepreneurial team environment Opportunities for rapid career advancement Qualifications 1+ years of recruiting experience (agency preferred) or strong interest in recruiting Background or exposure to accounting, finance, or financial services is a plus Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
