Soliant is actively searching for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a supportive team environment in Tacoma, Washington. We are scheduling interviews immediately.
Travelers with active WA SLP Licenses or SLP Compact Member State Licenses (Louisiana, Ohio, Tennessee, & West Virginia) are welcome to apply, and may qualify for travel stipends. Relocation bonuses may also be available for well-qualified candidates.

What You'll Do
Provide engaging, direct therapy services to students consistently throughout the traditional school year and summer programs.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with student-centered goals.
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary special education team to support student success.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation for all services provided.
What We're Looking For
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
Active Washington SLP license is required.
2+ years of previous experience is highly preferred.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, SLP-CFs welcome to apply.
