• Maintain accurate and timely records of client care and activities
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to lift, bend, and move safely and efficiently
