The Integration and Test lead is a leader who is responsible for ensuring the successful verification and validation for a high-profile product line. This role will contribute to a team responsible for systems integration verification and validation of a next gen optical system.What You Will DoIV&V lead within the System Test & Eval IPTLExperienced in leading/directing engineers in the test design, procedure creation, and executionPerform analysis, architecture, and design, primarily focusing on the Integration and Testing phases of systems developmentPerform functional analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation for Integration and TestPerform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total system solutionsLead Test Readiness Reviews with Customer and Certification AgenciesCollaborate with Systems Architects, Product Owners, Chief Engineers, to generate Integration and Test Environments and PlansLead Verification, Validation, and Qualification efforts in both Unclassified and Classified environmentsConduct tests on optical and electrical components and integrated systems, collect test data, and analyze results to optimize performance.Identify and resolve issues during testing, support system design enhancements, and provide troubleshooting and calibration for ongoing and specialized programs.Mentor junior engineers on Integration, Validation, Verification, and QualificationQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience with the systems development process, including requirements capture, design, integration, and verification/validationExperience with system software, system hardware, system requirements, and/or testThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
