Role Overview:
We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to serve as the critical operational anchor of our recruitment team. You will be responsible for providing overall support in all functional areas of the Talent Acquisition department , from scheduling interviews, to onboarding candidates, through post-employment offer activities. Includes but is not limited to assisting all personnel involved in client's Talent Acquisition process with organizational and administrative tasks. Able to carry out work in an accurate and timely manner. Works under limited supervision. Primary job functions require some independent judgment.

Core Responsibilities

Your duties span three major pillars of recruitment operations:

• Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinating complex interview loops between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels. This includes booking candidate travel accommodations and handling expense reimbursements.
• Onboarding & Pre-Employment Screening: Initiating, monitoring, and tracking drug screens, physicals, and background checks. The coordinator ensures new-hire paperwork and Form I-9s are completely accurate, timely, and compliant.
• Compliance & Data Auditing: Auditing candidate files for systemic accuracy, administering pre-employment testing, managing localized physical talent acquisition files, and leading New Hire Orientations .
  

Job Requirements & Qualifications

The qualifications emphasize operational maturity over entry-level administrative skills:

• Experience Baseline: Requires six (6) years of professional experience in a supporting recruitment operations or human resources support capacity.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep, working knowledge of corporate human resources policies and procedures, along with an understanding of all phases of the full life-cycle recruiting process .
• Education: High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate's degree in a business or HR-related field is highly preferred.
• Technical Stack: Technologically savvy with proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
