Digital Marketing Account Manager

This is a full-time, remote position. You will work from home with reliable high-speed internet and join frequent video calls with clients and teammates. You will report to the Manager of Client Experience. We have run on EOS since 2019, so you will have clear goals, a steady meeting rhythm, and room to build long-term client partnerships. What You'll Do Manage a book of 30 to 35 clients, hosting weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings on campaign performance and strategy. Guide each client's editorial calendar, including target audience, tone, and blog topics. Keep clients informed between calls. We don't expect a reply in five minutes, but we do expect clients to hear from you whether the news is good, bad, or none. Work with Content Production, Project Management, and the Web Team to meet client expectations, and follow our SLAs to protect team bandwidth. Track client needs in our project management tools so nothing slips. Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships with additional services that support their goals, and partner with our sales team to present recommendations. You know your clients best, and your insight helps them grow. Keep up with new processes, tools, and marketing trends. What Success Looks Like Clients feel confident in their investment and know what we are doing for them. Client downgrades and churn stay low. Editorial calendars match client goals and stay on schedule. Internal teams get clear direction and a steady feedback loop from you. Clients add services that support their goals because of your recommendations. What You'll Bring Five or more years managing a book of accounts in a marketing setting. Clear written and verbal communication, strong organization, and the humility to own mistakes and adapt. Familiarity with SEO, social media, blogging, and organic and paid search. Skill interpreting data across platforms, with experience in GA4 and Google Search Console. Comfort with frequent video calls and working remotely. Preferred: Experience in technology, consumer electronics, or home automation, or in an inside sales role.
