Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a LPN/LVN - LTC for our client in Seward, AK 99664 . This is a 13-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: LPN/LVN - LTC
Location: Seward, AK 99664
Duration: 13 weeks or 26 weeks (Possible extension)
Work Schedule:4x12-Hour (Day and Night)
Pay rate : $36/hr. and Traveller: $47/hr ($2256.00/wk.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• LTC LVN/LPN
• PREVIOUS TRAVEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Must have AK license in hand
• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift: 4x12 Variable (or 3x12 Variable - traveler's choice)
• -Note that caregivers are not asked to rotate between night/day shifts (occasional exceptions for urgent staffing needs). Shifts will be either Days or Nights, but dependent on facility needs at time of start date.
• Duration: Traveller's Choice for 26 or 13 week assignment
• Ratios: 1:20
• Years of Experience: 1
• First Timers Accepted: No
• Certs REQ: BLS
• All caregivers are required to obtain the Alaska Food Worker Certification as a requirement of working in a LTC facility.
• Clinicans will obtain certification during orientation on-site at the facility. They do not need to complete this prior to their start date. There is a one-time $10 fee for this certification.

• Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?: Yes
• Open to accommodating a block schedule?: No
• Locals Accepted: No - Candidates perm address must be at least 50 miles from facility
• Pending License Accepted: No
• RTO Restrictions: No more than 2 weeks of RTO will be considered for a 26 Week Contract,
• Must be willing to work at least 2 of the 3 major Winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years). Preference is for traveler's to be willing/able to work any holidays.
• All RTO must be sent with submittal.
• RTO will not be considered if requested after an offer or after signing contract.
• Guaranteed Hours: 60 Hours per 2 weeks - Traveler can be called off for 1, 12-hour shift per 2 weeks

Qualifications

• Active AK State LPN License - required.
• BLS required.
• PCC experience Preferred.
• First-time travelers accepted.
