Sotera Health is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead HR delivery for a large multi-site US & Canada region (25 US sites, 3 Canada sites; ~1,000+ employees). This role shapes leadership decisions, partners with COEs, and oversees the full HR lifecycle across the region.
