Role Description The Synthetic Turf Maintenance Tech is a full-time, on-site role based in Bothell, WA. The role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing synthetic turf installations. Key responsibilities include performing routine and preventive maintenance, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring equipment used on-site is functioning safely and efficiently. The position requires working outdoors, solving problems on-site, and contributing to the long‑lasting condition and aesthetics of client installations. Qualifications Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance tasks to ensure equipment safety and reliability. Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair to identify and resolve technical issues effectively on‑site. Experience in Industrial Maintenance to address more complex maintenance challenges and ensure long‑term durability of installations. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and manage physical tasks required for turf maintenance.
