Director of Rehab - Physical Therapist

Rehab Director Opportunity

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you will recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy with a bachelor's or associate degree.
• Active state license required to start in Florida.
• Experience in outpatient clinical management preferred.
• Prior experience recruiting, hiring, supervising, and training therapy staff.
• Experience developing and implementing therapy programs and clinical pathways.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and performance improvement activities.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary care and communicate with referral sources.
• Clinic manager experience required for Physical Therapists; PT-only clinic manager candidates will be considered.
