As a C & D Plumbing Services technician, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency while satisfying the needs of our customers. We are a growing company that has a vision and a direction for the future. Job Requirements A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a service plumber technician. Related experience in residential and/or commercial maintenance sales and/or service ideal. Must have outstanding communication skills, customer service and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to professionally represent C & D Plumbing Services to our clients while on service calls. Must have a valid Florida driver's license, clean MVR and dependable transportation that’s accessible on a daily basis; must be willing to consent to a comprehensive background check and drug screening. Responsibilities Act as primary contact for our customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding of issues and concerns; providing courteous, professional, and technically correct service recommendations. Using technical expertise to diagnose, repair and install plumbing services for our customers. Maintaining company issued tools, equipment and vehicles used on the job. Demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and excellence in work performance.
