Description

Coordinate surgeries for multiple physicians in our 3-OR center. Work closely with physician offices to ensure every patient is fully prepped for surgery. Support front desk operations — check-ins, phones, mail, data entry, and more. Guide patients through insurance questions with confidence and clarity. Keep our workflow smooth, efficient, and patient-friendly.

What Makes You a Great Fit

High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred. Experience in surgery scheduling or a medical office is a big plus. Fast, accurate data entry and strong communication skills. Calm, friendly, and service-oriented — even on busy days. Comfortable multitasking and staying organized.
