Research Associate

Our client, a leading organization in healthcare research, is seeking a Research Associate to join their team for a 6-month contract. As a Research Associate, you will be part of the Health Outcomes Research Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Research Associate

Location: Groton, CT (100% onsite)

Pay Range: $40-45

What's the Job?

• Support the design and execution of health outcomes research studies, including database analysis, literature reviews, and modeling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of outcomes research with medical and marketing strategies.
• Assist in developing scientific communications such as abstracts, posters, presentations, and publications.
• Coordinate activities such as advisory panels and best practice sharing with program stakeholders.
• Analyze and interpret scientific data to contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.

What's Needed?

• Degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in health outcomes research or related areas.
• Strong analytical and research skills, including familiarity with health economics and outcomes research methods.
• Ability to interpret and summarize scientific data clearly and accurately.
• Proficiency in preparing scientific communications and presentation materials.
