Seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide nutritional care across inpatient and long-term care settings, with responsibilities in assessment, care planning, education, and quality improvement.

Position Highlights:

• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
• 40-hour guarantee
• One Sunday every other weekend
• Approximately 50% inpatient, 40% long-term care, and 10% quality improvement/other projects
• Patient and family-centered care

Key Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for at-risk patients
• Develop and monitor nutrition and hydration care plans
• Recommend specialized nutrition support when appropriate
• Document assessments and interventions in the medical record
• Reassess nutrition plans and modify interventions as needed
• Provide nutrition education to patients and families
• Participate in care conferences, meal rounds, quality improvement, and survey readiness

Requirements:

✔ 1+ year of Dietitian experience
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition from an accredited institution
✔ Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
✔ BLS (AHA)
✔ COVID-19 vaccination required; exemptions allowed
