My Georgia Plumber is looking for a Customer Service and Dispatch Coordinatorsomeone who can juggle phones, schedules, and maybe even a plumber or two.

We call this role part Concierge, part People Tracker, and 100% essential to our day-to-day success. You'll be the first voice our customers hear and the one who keeps our field team running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Answer high volumes of inbound calls from customers who need help, stat
2. Provide calm, helpful, and friendly serviceeven when things get a little messy
3. Schedule appointments and coordinate with field technicians
4. Prioritize tasks and manage last-minute changes like a pro
5. Use software tools (ServiceTitan experience = big plus) to document and dispatch jobs
6. Keep communication flowing between our office and technicians
7. Stay organized, even on the busiest days

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience handling 100+ calls on high-volume days
• Strong multitasking skillsyou'll need them
• Excellent phone etiquette and written communication
• Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail
• ServiceTitan software experience is a bonus, not a must
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• A great sense of humor (seriously, it helps)
