You'll develop and empower your team, drive performance, and ensure that every aspect of the restaurant runs with excellence.

As a General Manager, you'll lead all aspects of restaurant operations, develop and empower your leadership team, and drive performance at the highest level. You'll live out our values and model them daily. Guided by Service & Operational Excellence, Team Empowerment, People First, and Continuous Improvement, you'll ensure every guest leaves happy and every team member feels valued.

What You'll Do:

• Lead overall restaurant operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, team development, and financial performance
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing management team and staff
• Create a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace culture
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality, and operational standards
• Drive continuous improvement through training, accountability, and feedback
• Manage financial performance, including budgets, inventory, and cost controls
• Build strong relationships with guests, team members, and the community

What We're Looking For:

• Proven leadership ability with 3+ years of management experience (restaurant or hospitality experience preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and financial management skills
• A passion for leading people and creating positive guest experiences
• Dependability, humility, and a commitment to excellence
• Must be willing to work 50 hours a week
• A positive, motivating leadership style that builds trust and inspires others
