About our Agency:
Our agency opened in 2017 and is a close-knit team of three who work together in a supportive, family-oriented environment. Before becoming an agent, I had a background in recruiting where I specialized in placing physicians. That experience gave me a strong appreciation for building relationships, identifying talent, and helping people succeed.

I’m a proud Texas Tech graduate and a proud husband and dad. Family plays a big role in my life and influences the culture I’ve built within our office. We stay involved in the community by supporting and participating in multiple charitable organizations. Giving back and staying connected locally is important to both me and our team.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
