Emerging Litigation Associate — Growth & Training

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Litigation Associate to join our growing team. As a Junior Litigation Associate, you will work closely with our senior attorneys on a variety of cases, gaining valuable experience and developing your skills in all aspects of litigation. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Assist with case strategy and development
• Attend client meetings and court hearings
• Manage and organize case files and documents
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on cases
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and provide regular updates on case progress
• Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations
• Participate in firm-wide training and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• 1-3 years of experience in litigation, preferably in a law firm setting
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite
