Group/Division KLA’s finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to management. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, including financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support. Job Description Maintain and improve financial models as well as the accurate and timely reporting and forecasting of costs related to the Install group within the Service Org. Support the Service Finance Director in planning, forecasting, and reporting of P&L, and provide strategic finance partnership to business leaders and their teams. Responsibilities Prepare monthly/quarterly metrics packages and variance analysis for three key groups within Service Org. Lead monthly forecasting and Annual Budget Plan. Forecast headcount and discretionary spend based on business inputs and validate underlying assumptions. Develop tools to identify risks and opportunities in the forecast, monitor, and report the actual results against plan and forecast. Input all forecast and planning work into OneStream financial reporting system and maintain data accuracy in both OneStream and offline working files. Handle quarter‑end close process and meet regular corporate results and financial reporting. Preferred Qualifications Great teammate with a positive demeanor and strong sense of ownership. Strong financial analytical and modeling skills. Proficient in financial reporting systems (Oracle, SAP, OneStream, etc.) and possess strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Ability to meet goals, cope with the fast‑pace environment, prioritize and multi‑task. Attention to details & quality of work, motivated to learn. Build relationships with collaborators, and solve problems independently & proactively. Minimum Qualifications Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's level degree and related work experience of 2 years.
