Our teams deliver the Holman Experience by treating our customers and each other as we would like to be treated, and creating positive, rewarding relationships all around.The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.Audi San Diego has an outstanding opportunity for a Technician Team Lead to join their team!Pay Range: $35- $65.50 per flat rate hourWhat will you do?Supervise, mentor and assist with the development of technicians in the workshopPartner with regional TDA & Diagnostic Specialist to assist with onboarding and career development for techniciansServe as a liaison between the Service Manager, Diagnostic Specialist, Service Advisors, Parts personnel, Technicians, Warranty Administration and clientsMaintain close contact with Shop Foreman to support personnelEnsure quality control inspections and road tests are completed as applicable post repairsEnsure adhesion to warranty policies and proceduresPerform all other duties and special projects as assignedAssign jobs according to technician/team skillset and workload requirementsManage team goals, metrics, KPI's, work volumeEffectively coach, give performance feedback and provide development opportunities within own area of responsibility or departmentAssist with employee evaluations and goal settingQualifications:Must be Audi Master Certified.Experienced in service principles, concepts and service department operationsReviewing and improving processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracyCurrent ASE CertificationsValid Driver's License with a clean recordAt Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
