**Required Experience and Certifications:** - Minimum Experience Required: 2 Years - Certification Requirements: BLS - IN LICENSE AND CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUBMIT - Scrub experience required - Trauma Level I Experience: Required - Travel Experience Required: Yes - Neuro Experience Required - Adult Experience OK **Preferred Experience:** - Level 1 trauma experience preferred - Charting System Experience: Preferred (Cerner) **Shift Requirements:** - Shift: 5x8's 7:00-15:30 **Skillset Requirements:** - Trauma experience preferably in a Level I trauma center - Surgery Cases: General, Urology, Endo/Laparoscopic, Plastics, ENT Required **Qualifications:** - Travelers University must be accredited by the ACEN or CCNE at the time of graduation. - SSN required at time of submittal - DOB required at time of submittal - License: Must be in hand prior to start date. Temporary licenses may be obtainable once permanent license applications have been submitted. - 2 supervisor references required - Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays - Floating is 100% required of ALL TRAVELERS **Special Equipment:** - Stealth, DaVinci, ROSA **Exceptions & Local Rules:** - Effective 11/30/24, IU Health will not allow IN RNs to work at their facilities with exceptions for Periop/OR RNs, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers. - Local travelers with permanent residence in Indiana, will be offered $15 below the current bill rate.
