I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a Branch Manager with Bank of America. My career has always centered around helping people, and agency ownership gave me the opportunity to build a business focused on helping customers protect the people and things that matter most. RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
