Job Description:

Responsible for operating CT equipment and performing various imaging procedures. Must be able to work independently as the sole CT/X-ray technologist on the graveyard shift, managing both CT and general X-ray duties.

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scans with and without contrast, including head, spine, abdomen, pelvis, and extremities.
• Conduct general X-ray procedures such as chest, PICC line placement, tube placement, and trauma-FX extremities imaging.
• Utilize EPIC and McKesson PACS systems for electronic medical records and image archiving.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Start IVs when necessary for contrast administration.

Requirements:

• Valid Washington state license and radiation badge (assistance available if needed).
• BLS certification from AHA.
• ARRT certified CT Technologist with CT specialty certification.
• Experience with Toshiba 64 Slice CT Scanner and Carestream X-ray.
• Strong independent work skills for graveyard shift.
