Shift: 4x24-Hour Days (07:00 - 07:00)

Hours/Week: Variable, based on coverage schedule

License/Certifications: Wisconsin license preferred; board certification or eligibility required

Experience: No minimum required

Hourly Rate: $30.42/hour

What You'll Do

• Provide inpatient urology coverage within a hospital setting
• Perform and assist with scrotal, endoscopic, and general surgery procedures
• Support urology care for adolescents and older patients
• Participate in daily rounding in collaboration with a team of physicians and APPs
• Cover two weekend shifts per month, including Thursday-Sunday and Friday-Sunday weekends
• Respond to urgent needs during on-call hours from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.

What You Need

Required:

• Wisconsin medical license (or willingness to obtain)
• Board certification or eligibility in Urology

Preferred:

• Prior inpatient urology experience (not required)
• Strong clinical skills in general urology procedures

About the Assignment This inpatient urology role is based at a modern hospital in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, with comprehensive equipment and a collaborative team environment. You will join a team of three physicians and two APPs providing expert care for a diverse patient population, including adolescents and older adults.
