Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1 Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; Active applicable license for the state where work will be performed. Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, documents clinical notes accurately, participates in student training programs, pursues ongoing professional development, and adheres to state practice acts and licensure requirements.
