Banquet Captain, Whistling Straits Work Mode: Onsite Location: Kohler, WI Opportunity Provide supervision to all banquet functions promoting courteous and professional service of quality food and beverages in a clean environment. Specific Responsibilities Supervise banquet staff during assigned banquet functions. Supervise the set-up and breakdown of all functions. Follow all instructions stated on the Banquet Event Order. Remain on the banquet floor at all times except when necessary to perform the required administrative duties. Continually train banquet staff on service techniques. Supervise Set‑Up staff and Bartenders. This is a casual part‑time position working weekends and weekdays. Skills/Requirements High school diploma required. Food Service experience required. Supervisory experience preferred. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. The hourly range for this position is $9.80 - $14.70 plus tips/gratuity.
