Candidate Pay Rate: $48.25 - $35.71 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor cardiac rhythms of patients in real-time from a virtual command center
- Identify and report arrhythmias, changes in patient status, and critical alarms to nursing staff
- Document rhythm strips, events, and interventions accurately in the EMR
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure timely response to patient needs
- Maintain vigilance and focus during 12-hour night shifts to keep patients safe
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent Monitor Tech/Telemetry experience
- Current BLS Certification required
- EKG Interpretation training required
- Must pass the Advanced Dysrhythmia Exam (one attempt only)
- Cerner experience preferred
- Must be available for 2-3 days of day-shift orientation
- 50-mile radius rule applies (no local candidates)
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in telemetry monitoring and EKG interpretation
- Proficiency in Cerner electronic medical records system
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with onsite teams
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required
