General Maintenance
Days are Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 7AM-3PM
The general maintenance person provides the hospital with a variety of maintenance services in the areas of plumbing, electric and HVAC.
Responsibilities:
- Preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment
- Be able to work on BMS system (computer)
- Change belts on air handlers
- Clear drains
- Change filters
- Snow removal
Requirements:
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or relative experience
- 3-4 years general maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical work, HVAC and power plant watch duties
- Valid driver's license
Starting from USD $32.00/Hr.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
