Market Manager - Commercial Landscape Management

Responsibilities Manage the growth quality and financial success of multiple branches while providing excellent customer service Ensure the branches have a strong bench of operational substructuregrow retain and renew contractual revenue Analyze track and budget financials data to ensure financial success while enhancing the market reputation Develops and implements strategic market objectives Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly Reviews P&Ls and Financial Statements regularly Hire train develop and coach Branch Managers Meets with key clients maintaining high level relationships and negotiating and closing deals Regularly visits jobs to ensure that the supervisors understand the job and track it properly includes quality inspections Works with Branches to insure most efficient use of Capital Budget while maintaining relationships with clients to accomplish the Companys mission Skills & Experience A minimum of five to seven 5 7 years landscape maintenance experience managing multiple branch operations including employee development sales and financial management within the landscape industry Bachelors degree B A or B S from four year university or equivalent combination of education and experience Highly developed interpersonal skills to interact with both clients and internal management team Must be able to travel between the branches within the designated region as business dictates Perks and PLUSES Yearly Incentive Bonus Plan Healthcare benefit program & 401K match program 9 paid holidays per year with paid vacation & sick leave Company paid vehicle cell phone laptop Fun and fast paced working environment with a great work life balance Paid trainingcertification and career advancement Gothics company culture füsest growth inspires longevity and rewards mutual loyalty Salary Range SALARY RANGE 140000 170000 base salary per year specific compensation may vary based on overall skills experience and locationAnnual Bonus potential specific compensation may vary based on overall branch & individual performance Location and Travel This position will be based out of our Riverside CA This position will support the entire Inland Empire market which includes Riverside Lake Elsinore San Bernardino and surrounding areas Ideal candidates should reside within the Riverside or IE area with local knowledge of the growing areas within the Inland Empire You must able to commute to our local branches within the IE on a weekly basis for team and client meetings as business dictatesCompany paid take home vehicle is included in the Compensation package.
