**Join Our Team as a Night Rehab Registered Nurse!** - **Shift**: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) - **Patient Ratio**: 1:8 - **Experience Required**: Minimum of 1 year in a Rehab setting - **Certifications**: - BLS (Preferred) - **Skills & Experience**: - Previous charge experience preferred - Experience with charting systems (Epic preferred) - Teaching hospital and community hospital experience preferred - LTAC and Trauma Level I and II experience preferred **Key Responsibilities**: - **Patient Care**: - Manage acute inpatient rehab cases - Administer IV therapy, blood & blood products, and conduct venous blood draws - Proficient in care for cardiac patients, including post-operative care - Implement orthopedic care, mobility techniques, and orthotic devices - Conduct respiratory assessments and interventions, including ventilator care - Manage genitourinary needs, including chronic renal care and Foley catheter removal - Deliver neurological care for CVA, spinal cord injuries, and seizure disorders - **Professional Skills**: - Conduct diabetic teaching and fall risk assessments - Implement infection prevention and isolation precautions - Execute patient teaching and pain management strategies - Assess and prevent pressure ulcers, utilizing specialty beds and wound care - Manage feeding devices and NG tube insertions with care - **Work Environment**: - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including IV teams and phlebotomy - Enjoy every other weekend coverage - One pre-approved time-off request permitted **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol)**: At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
