As the RN Supervisor, you will play a key role in assisting in overseeing clinical operations, ensuring quality care delivery, maintaining compliance standards, and supporting both patients and field staff in a home health setting. Competitive hourly pay: $45 per hour Weekly pay with direct deposit Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays Bonus opportunities Mileage reimbursement for field visits One‑to‑one patient care Joint Commission Accredited organization Strong commitment to work‑life balance Family owned and operated company Work alongside an experienced Director of Nursing Friendly and supportive coworkers Responsibilities Clinical Leadership & Compliance Assist in overseeing clinical operations to ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and quality standards Support quality assurance and patient safety initiatives across all care services Staff Supervision & Development Supervise, mentor, and support field nursing staff in the home health care setting Conduct staff orientation and assist with ongoing education and training Participate in interviewing and evaluating Registered Nurse applicants Perform and supervise skilled nursing services, including: Patient Care & Assessments Provide and oversee patient‑centered care based on individualized Plans of Care IV insertion and infusion therapy, injections, wound care, blood glucose monitoring, medication management Client & Family Support Communicate with clients and their families to address concerns to ensure high‑quality care Assist the Director of Nursing with client assessments and reassessments as needed Qualifications Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license IV Certification Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a National League of Nursing accredited program BLS or ACLS Certification Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Strong understanding of state and federal regulatory compliance Required Skills Three (3) to five (5) years of clinical nursing experience At least one (1) year of experience in a home health agency, primary care clinic, or healthcare facility Nursing instructor experience Superior IV insertion and infusion skills Preferred Skills A strong clinical leader Compassionate and patient‑focused Organized and detail‑oriented Confident in both hands‑on care and team supervision Passionate about improving the lives of patients and families Pay range and compensation package This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse who enjoys a balance of clinical oversight, fieldwork, and collaboration—without the burnout of a high‑volume environment.
