We have a position available for full-time, 10-12 hour days, Monday through Friday, and some Saturdays.

Day shift starts at 3 AM. Afternoon shift starts at 3 PM.

• Dry van experience required, flat bed and walking floor experience is helpful.

What you'll be doing:

• Be the face of IPC on the road. Represent IPC with professionalism and pride at every delivery and pickup. Build relationships with our customers and make sure they get the service and product they deserveon time, every time. Communicate clearly and respectfully with your dispatch team and crewbecause teamwork doesn't stop at the dock.
• Own your truck, own the job. Take care of your truck like it's your ownclean, fueled, and safe. Keep it legal, keep it safeDOT compliance and safety first, always. Check loads, secure them, and double-check them. You're the last line before that product hits the customer.
• Live the culture. Bring good energy to work every day. No egos. No drama. Help us build a team that supports each other, trusts each other, and has each other's backs. Speak up when something's off. Fix it when you can. Ask for help when you need it.

Who you are:

• You've got a valid CDL (Class A) and a safe driving record with 2 years of experience.
• You're reliable, respectful, and ready to work. You don't need someone chasing you downyou show up and own it.
• You're not afraid to get a little dirty, help with loading, and be part of a bigger mission.
• You care about people, not just pallets.
• You're comfortable with some on-call expectationswe hustle when needed.
• You're looking to grownot just clock in and clock out.
