Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to client questions regarding insurance policies, coverage, claims, and billing. Process policy changes, updates, and renewals efficiently and accurately. Assist clients with claims processing, guiding them through the necessary steps and ensuring timely resolution. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional insurance products to meet clients' evolving needs. Collaborate with our sales and underwriting teams to address client concerns and optimize service delivery. Maintain thorough and organized client records using our CRM system. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Requirements Requirements: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software (experience with APEX is a plus).
