Physician Recruiter — Remote (Louisville, KY)

Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced  Physician Recruiter to support a primary care / geriatrics-focused line of business. In this role, you’ll recruit providers end-to-end—sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and partnering closely with hiring leaders to deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Key Details

• Pay:  $47.46/hour
• Schedule: Full-time, standard business hours (40 hours/week )
• Work setup:   Remote (5 days/week)
• Type:   Contract-to-hire (approx. 3 months before potential conversion)

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, candidate presentation, interview coordination, and offer support
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand needs and build recruiting plans aligned to business goals
• Build pipelines using LinkedIn/social platforms, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance throughout the recruiting process
• Support diversity-focused sourcing efforts through community and professional partnerships
• Assist with employer branding and recruiting events as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must-have: Provider recruitment experience supporting  Primary Care / Geriatrics
• Experience recruiting  Physicians (NP experience is a plus)
• Strong sourcing and screening skills with excellent communication and follow-through
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
