Please click here to learn more about our locations. **CURRENT EMPLOYEES**: Please log into Workday Click Here to apply internally through the \"Jobs Hub\" **Job Description** The Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) provides comprehensive perioperative nursing care to infants, children, adolescents, and young adults undergoing surgical and procedural interventions. The nurse serves as a patient advocate throughout the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases of care while supporting safe, family-centered, evidence-based surgical practice. **Key Responsibilities:*** The OR Registered Nurse provides nursing care to our pediatric patients within the operating room, performs assessments and interventions designed to keep the patients safe during surgery.* Assists the physician in accomplishing the plan of care for the patient and to provide continuity between the patient care unit and the Operating Room. **Required Qualifications:*** BSN degree required or in progress* Texas RN license* 2+ years OR experience **Preferred Qualifications:*** CNOR highly preferred* Scrub experience* Prior pediatric acute care, plastic reconstructive surgery, orthopedic and spine experience a plusCompensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
