We are looking for a motivated Licensed Electrician (01 or 02) to join our team. This position is designed for experienced professionals who are eager to install electrical circuits for HVAC systems, conduct panel upgrades, and perform whole-home generator installations. You’ll work closely with HVAC installers and plumbers to ensure seamless system integration, executing best practices for safety, quality, and NEC code compliance while driving excellence in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and connect electrical circuits for HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless, tankless water heaters)
• Conduct electrical panel upgrades and dedicated circuit installations as needed
• Perform troubleshooting, testing, and quality control on system wiring
• Ensure all work is compliant with NEC, state, and local codes
• Coordinate with HVAC installers and plumbers for seamless system integration
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and proper documentation
• Whole home generator installations

Qualifications

• Valid WA or ID State 01 or 02 Electrician License
• Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial electrical systems
• Experience working with HVAC-related electrical hookups preferred
• Familiarity with electrical code requirements and permit processes
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background/drug screening
• Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and able to work independently or in a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working evenings or weekends as needed

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

• Experience with mini-splits, heat pumps, or tankless systems
• Low-voltage control wiring knowledge
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar job management software
• Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
