Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Position Overview

• Outpatient specialty practice setting

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and follow-ups

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions within specialty scope

• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies

• Develop individualized treatment plans

• Prescribe medications and therapies per Washington state regulations

• Provide patient education and preventive care counseling

• Collaborate with supervising physicians and multidisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards

Qualifications

• Active Washington State NP License (or ability to obtain)

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner

• Active DEA (or ability to obtain)

• Prior specialty experience preferred (open to discussion)

• Strong communication and team-based care approach
