Job Description

We are currently in search of Board-Certified/Board Eligible Family or Internal Medicine Physicians to join our collaborative practice in Monticello, GA. As we expand, we seek physicians who are passionate about excellence and eager to drive meaningful change.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical outpatient experience post-residency.
• Must possess a current, unrestricted state license or be eligible for licensure.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is mandatory.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.
• Active registration or eligibility for registration with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) is necessary.
• Must have active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or be eligible to enroll.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Comfortable using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; experience with Athena is preferred.
