Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and manage staff during shifts.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Implement company policies and procedures effectively.
• Support the management team in achieving business goals.
• Answering phones and taking food orders
• Bagging food orders to pick up and delivery
• Assigning orders to the delivery drivers
• Cutting pizza and keeping the area clean
• Stoking up the counter area
• Overseeing the front counter staff and making sure all tasks are performed accordingly

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a leadership role in the food industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Proven problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Passion for customer service and team collaboration.
