Apex Placement & Consulting is seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Clerk to support daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory. Previous warehouse experience is not required; however, strong computer skills and/or previous data entry experience are required.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and receiving information in the computer system.
• Process shipping and receiving paperwork and documentation.
• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against paperwork.
• Prepare shipping labels and documents.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Update inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Scan, label, and organize materials.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and staging orders.
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse employees, and other departments.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure information is entered correctly.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills are required.
• Previous data entry experience is highly preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable learning new computer systems and software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed in a warehouse environment.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
