Quality Inspector

Express Employment of St. Croix Falls has partnered with a company in Osceola who are looking for quality inspectors. Travel may be required to go to other job locations. Candidates will receive a gas mileage reimbursement when traveling to the other locations.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Shift: 6:30a to 4:30p Mon-Thu

Duties:

• Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to take accurate measurements
• Quality checks on motors
• Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or non-conformities
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Cleaning metal, checking seals, and checking for bubbles

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in quality inspection, quality assurance, or in a similar role preferred but not required
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record data
• Knowledge of quality control principles and practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
