Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and service-minded Housekeeper to join the team at a brand-new luxury high-rise community in Midtown Phoenix.

The Housekeeper plays an important role in creating the elevated experience our residents and prospective residents expect. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall appearance of the community’s common areas, amenities, leasing areas, model homes, and other assigned spaces.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, notices the details others may overlook, and understands that a clean, polished environment is an important part of luxury living. A friendly and professional approach to residents, prospects, guests, and team members is essential.

Essential Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all assigned interior and exterior common areas.
• Clean and maintain luxury amenities, including lounges, fitness areas, clubrooms, coworking spaces, pool areas, restrooms, and other resident spaces.
• Maintain elevators, hallways, stairwells, corridors, entryways, and other high-traffic areas.
• Clean and maintain leasing offices, model homes, guest areas, and other areas used for prospective residents and visitors.
• Keep amenity spaces and common areas consistently clean, organized, and presentation-ready throughout the day.
• Perform routine dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and cleaning of assigned areas.
• Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors, fixtures, and other surfaces as needed.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles and ensure waste areas are clean and orderly.
• Assist with cleaning and preparing spaces for resident events, move-ins, tours, and special occasions.
• Monitor common areas throughout the day and address cleanliness issues promptly.
• Report maintenance concerns, damage, safety hazards, or unusual conditions to the appropriate team member.
• Maintain adequate supplies and notify management when cleaning products or equipment need to be replenished.
• Properly use and care for cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Follow all company procedures related to cleaning chemicals, safety, sanitation, and equipment.
• Assist with maintaining the appearance of the property’s exterior areas as needed.
• Provide courteous and professional service to residents, prospects, vendors, and guests.
• Protect resident privacy and maintain confidentiality.
• Assist other members of the property team when needed.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Luxury Customer Service

Every interaction matters in a luxury community. The Housekeeper is often one of the most visible members of the property team and should consistently represent the community in a professional and welcoming manner.

The successful candidate will:

• Greet residents and guests warmly and professionally.
• Respond courteously to resident requests and direct questions to the appropriate team member when needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Take ownership of the appearance of the community and proactively address areas that need attention.
• Understand that cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail directly contribute to the resident experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hotel, hospitality, residential, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Experience in a luxury residential or hospitality environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Professional, friendly, and service-oriented personality.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, guests, and team members.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy, high-traffic environment.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies as required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and perform repetitive cleaning activities throughout the workday.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors and in varying temperatures when required.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as part of the community’s operating schedule.
