Your Role and Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced radiographic and CT techniques to produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician evaluation
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and the broader healthcare team to ensure precise diagnoses
• Properly position patients and fine-tune equipment settings for optimal imaging results
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols, ensuring protection for both patients and colleagues
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records, including imaging logs and equipment servicing
• Deliver compassionate patient care throughout every phase of the imaging experience
• Foster an organized and efficient imaging department that prioritizes safety and effectiveness

Education and Certification Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is highly advantageous
• Must be a graduate of an accredited radiology program

Essential Certifications

• ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography)
• Current BLS certification or the ability to acquire it within 90 days of hire
