Partnerships Finance Lead - B2B Strategy & Deal Modeling

OpenAI

OpenAI seeks a senior financial strategist on the Partnerships Finance team in San Francisco, with a hybrid work model (3 days in‑office). You will own the financial evaluation of B2B partnerships, model revenue and unit economics, and guide pricing strategy and investment decisions.

You’ll translate opportunities into actionable economics and maintain performance governance across teams. You’ll lead complex negotiations, align cross‑functional partners, and create scalable forecasting models to
