We're hiring: Manager, Real Estate Finance

We have partnered with a growing real estate finance team to find the analytical engine behind their next chapter.

This is a newly created seat for someone who loves the work most people delegate: turning deal-level pro formas into clean multi-year projections, owning a business-critical planning process end to end, and becoming the person the team trusts when the numbers have to be right.

You'd be the internal expert on their planning platform, support underwriting and asset management. xhyhwjd

It's a rare mix, real institutional rigor paired with the pace of an active, deal-driven business.

Must Have:

3–7 years in FP&A, ideally in real estate or another capital-intensive industry
Real strength in modeling, forecasting, and multi-year projections
The instinct to own a process, not just support one
