Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Mesa, AZ Job Type: Full-Time Setting: Clinic & In-Home ABA
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of approximately 10 clients.
- Develop treatment plans and conduct assessments.
- Supervise and evaluate RBTs.
- Monitor client progress and collaborate with families and providers.
- Provide ABA services to children and adolescents ages 2-18, primarily ages 5-12.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Active Arizona Behavior Analyst license.
- 3-5 years of ABA/behavior analysis experience.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
- No weekends or on-call.
- Some remote work available.
- Regular local travel required.
- No shift differential.
