The search is on for "Casual Dining" Restaurant General Managers (Managing Partner) in the Durham, North Carolina. If you are a seasoned restaurant management professional from a “high volume", “Full Service” or “Casual Theme” background and you looking for a career move to a very fast-paced, growth-oriented national concept, then we need to speak to you!
- We are adding Managing Partners (GM) who can/should make over $125K a year!!!!! to our teams right now.... NO Buy-In, NO Contracts
Talented seasoned restaurant managers can move their careers to the next level, and to even " ownership" very quickly with this well respected company, as we continue to open new units in 2019. Our teams come to work each day and have fun in the front-of-the-house ...and in the back-of-the-house. We work hard, but we play hard at the same time!
We are looking for General Manager talent, from high-volume casual dining or full service dining background. The opportunity is now to join a top tier team of food service professionals who will not compromise on delivering creative food in a high-caliber atmosphere.
We need restaurant leaders, who are passionate about delivering great guest service; and who are dogged when it comes to having fun at work!
Offered:
· Base salary of $65k
. Bonus up to $75K a year!!!

Ideal Qualifications include:
· 2-3 or more year’s tenure as a salaried, casual dining Restaurant General Manager
· Must play well with others!!
· Must show solid upward restaurant career progression
· No more than 2 restaurant management jobs in the last 5 years
· Must lead with professionalism and commit to team development
· Strong Beer, Liquor and Wine knowledge is a plus
· Must enjoy being active in the local community!!
